╭ஐஐ ╮秋小浩╭ஐஐ ╮長戟甲蟲の部落格~♬♪

長戟大兜蟲又名海克力斯大兜蟲，  

成蟲體長可達180毫米，是全世界最大的甲蟲。

力量極大，可以攜帶自身體重350倍的物體，

因此以希臘神話中的大力士海克力斯命名。

一般所稱的「獨角仙」即是此種。

長戟大兜蟲屬完全變態，

幼蟲期約1-1.5年，

長度可達180毫米(就18cm)，

重量可達150克。

幼蟲期之後會化蛹，

羽化之後的成蟲以樹汁或腐爛的水果和甲蟲啫喱為食。

長戟大兜蟲兩性異型:

雄蟲有犄角，可分為頭角與胸角。 雌蟲無犄角。
